To reduce our shop’s carbon footprint and save space in my small home studio, many of our products are printed and embroidered by a third party, and directly shipped by them to your door.

Products that have a manufacturers flaw are can be refunded, as responsible by the third party as explained above. If you notice an issue with any of our digital illustration printed products, please submit a problem report.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. The return address is set by default directly to the third-party facility for our digital illustration printed products.
Handmade products directly from my home studio can not be retuned. All sales of handmade items personally crafted in my home studio are final and non-refundable. All of our handmade products are labeled in the product listing as such.
This process saves our products from being shipped an extra time to us, and because these products are printed in an on-demand basis, there is very little overall waste in their creation. Rest assure, all designs are original and painstakingly laid out on products. This means my home studio tucked in the forest of Winterport, Maine doesn’t need to invest and instal the machinery and supplies that already exist in a more efficient large-scale print shop. And, I get to spend more time with my family, exploring the forest, designing, and writing.
